The Sunday edition of the Washington Post examined housing data and values in over 19,000 zip codes across the United States. The newspaper charted home values from 2004 to 2015.
The time period includes the real estate peak of 2007, the subprime lending market collapse and the ensuing recovery. The data revealed distinct differences in the recovery pace between communities.
