Bobby Hornsby served as a Sheriff Deputy for 10 years, and has a unique knowledge of how the criminal justice system works. Bobby and Matthew are admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of Alabama. During Bobby’s three decades of experience, he has achieved memberships into both state and federal court. He is licensed to practice law by the Alabama State Bar, The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Matthew is affiliated with the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association, and is a member of the BBA Probate Section.
