While some consider themselves to be grill masters, others aren’t always so lucky.

For those that need a little help, LongHorn Steakhouse is bringing back its Grill Us Hotline for the 4th of July holiday.
“Fourth of July is the most popular grilling holiday of the year and LongHorn wants to ensure holiday grill-outs are a success,” the company said in a press release. “With certified Grill Masters available to provide expert tips and tricks, LongHorn is taking the guesswork out of grilling and helping people become masters of their backyard grill-outs.:
LongHorn’s certified grill masters will be available by phone July 3 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. to provide expert tips for all of your holiday grilling needs.
Grill masters can be reached at 1-855-LH-GRILL anytime in the listed time frame. You can also text GRILL to 55702 to get tips, recipes and how-to demonstrations all summer long through September 5.
