BIRMINGHAM – The Center Point Fire District is presenting its annual charity golf tournament in memory of firefighter and paramedic, Rickey L. Davis.
The tournament is a four-man scramble, and will take place July 25. Shotgun starts will be at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Single golfers can register for $125, and teams for $500.
The tournament will take place rain or shine, and registration includes golf, food and beverages, goody bags, door prizes and a special gift. Contests will include closest to the pin, longest drive, straightest drive, 50/50 raffle, hole in one on a par 3 and a putting contest.
Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama, Kid One, MDA and Children’s of Alabama.
