TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville City Schools Board of Education released the results of its annual job performance evaluation for Dr. Pattie Neill, Superintendent of the school system.
Neill received an outstanding evaluation from the Board of Education. The review covers Neill’s job performance for the 2015 – 2016 school year. The Board
awarded Neill an overall composite evaluation score of 4.91 out of 5.0, which reflects an excellent performance.
The evaluation form covers 42 areas of criteria across 10 categories, which are scored individually and independently by each member of the Board of Education. The individual results are then combined to determine the composite ranking for each area scored on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being excellent
“Our board’s annual evaluation of our superintendent is a great opportunity for us to show our deep appreciation for Dr. Neill’s daily service to the children of Trussville and to its citizens.,” Sid McNeal, President of the Trussville City Schools Board of Education, said. “We have an extraordinary school system led by an extraordinary education professional in Dr. Neill. And it is a pleasure for each one of us as board members to work with her and her very competent leadership staff. We look forward to an outstanding 2016/2017 school year.”
Neill thanked the Board of Education Members for her evaluation.
“Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your Superintendent and to begin my 5th year of work in unison with everyone in Trussville City Schools,” Neill said.
