PINSON – A man with Pinson ties was booked into the Jefferson County Jail Monday morning on two charges.
According to arrest records, Romulo Velazcohernandez was booked under charges of rape by force and sodomy in the first degree, each charge carrying a $15,000 bond. He remains in the Jefferson County Jail at this time.
