VESTAVIA HILLS – Detectives with the Vestavia Hills Police Department are trying to identify a robbery suspect.
The incident occurred September 10 around 5:15 p.m. at the CVS on Crosshaven Drive.
Detectives said the pictured suspect shoplifted items from the store and presented a firearm as an employee was attempting to get his tag number, causing the employee to retreat.
The suspect is described as a black male in his mid to late 20s, between 6’0” and 6’2” tall, with medium build. He allegedly got in to an early 2000s model white Chevrolet Tahoe.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
