ETOWAH COUNTY – Son of suspended Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, Caleb Elisha Moore, has been arrested on two charges.

Moore, 26 of Gallant, was arrested Friday, according to Etowah County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Natalie Barton.
Moore was arrested for hunting without permission and hunting over bait, both of which are misdemeanor charges, according to al.com.
The land owner made his complaint at the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office.
Moore has faced other charges on eight other occasions in Florida and Alabama over a five-year period. Moore was arrested in Troy for drug possession in 2015.
Moore also faces charges of driving under the influence in Alabama and Florida, as well as three drug-related arrests in Baldwin, Pike and St. Clair Counties.
