TRUSSVILLE — Warrants were signed Wednesday for two suspects believed to be the culprits behind a vehicle theft and several car break-ins in the Stockton neighborhood of Trussville on the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 15, according to Detective Mike Bruce of the Trussville Police Department.
Courey Javon Jones, 22, of Birmingham was charged with six counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and one count of Theft of Property 1st degree. His bond has been set at $70,000.
Justin Ellis Hall, 22, of Irondale was also charged with six counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and one count of Theft of Property 1st degree. His bond was also set at $70,000.
The theft 1st degree charge stems from the theft of a 2009 Infiniti G37.
According to court records, Hall was just released from prison with the Alabama Department of Corrections on Nov. 7, only eight days before the break-ins and thefts occurred.
Both suspects are still at large at this time.
