GRAYSON VALLEY — A man has been formally charged with murder Monday in the shooting death of a Grayson Valley man Saturday, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
26-year-old Clifford Montez Hinkle has been charged after allegedly shooting Keith Duncan, 44, multiple times after an argument broke out between the two men during a family gathering.
Duncan was identified by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office as the victim earlier on Monday.
The shooting occurred in the 2700 block of Darlene Circle.
At about 9 p.m. on Saturday deputies responded to a report of a shooting at a residence in the Grayson Valley area.
Deputies arrived to find Duncan suffering apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to St. Vincent’s East Hospital where he died.
Hinkle remained at the home detained by others attending the gathering until authorities arrived and took him into custody.

Some would argue that this is a matter of gun control but what it really comes down to is a matter of common sense! Is it not possible just to have a disagreement or an argument anymore? To settle disputes like adults? This is the kind of thing that brings the gun control fanatics crawling out of the woodwork when it’s all so senseless!
