PINSON — Junior four-star prospect Bo Nix of Pinson Valley has named his top three schools as the battle for the quarterback’s college services heats up.
Announced via his Twitter account, by school logo Nix listed Clemson, Auburn — his father Patrick’s alma mater — and Ohio State.
Whether that’s the order, or whether that’s a final three could be debated.
Nix, rated the No. 2 dual-threat quarterback in his class nationally and the No. 3 prospect in the state in his class, also holds offers from Alabama, Georgia and Oklahoma.
Nix was named the Most Valuable Player of the Class 6A state championship game after leading the Indians to a 31-10 win over Wetumpka.
