MADISON — A counselor at Alabama Psychological Services Center has been charged for possession of child pornography, AL.com reports.
Wayde Zane Slocumb, 58, was arrested Thursday after authorities discovered child pornography Slocumb had allegedly been circulating. Sheriff’s investigators and the Department of Homeland Security searched Slocumb’s home and office and seized his electronic media devices. He was released from Madison County Jail on a $60,000 bail.
Alabama Psychological Services said in a statement that it is cooperating with the investigation that the company’s leadership was “shocked” at the news.
