BIRMINGHAM — A Tennessee man who was highly intoxicated and allegedly assaulted a flight attendant on a Southwest Airlines flight has been arrested after the plane was forced to land in Birmingham Friday night, according to AL.com.
Logan Polley, 25, has been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. According to authorities, Polley had to be subdued by his fellow passengers on a flight from Nashville to Tampa after he became intoxicated and assaulted a flight attendant, who was not injured.
