TRUSSVILLE –The right northbound lane of South Chalkville Road from Railroad Avenue to Main Street will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to Mayor Buddy Choat.
Motorists are urged to use Watterson Parkway and Railroad Avenue as alternate routes. The left turn lane from South Chalkville onto Main Street will be open.
The closure will be for crews to repair underground lines and was made necessary after a wreck on Main Street last week.

The bridge at RR crossing needs fixing The road has settled and there is a 3 inch drop between bridge and RR. Roper Rd at Sims Curve has potholes that cause vehicles to track toward on coming traffic
