BIRMINGHAM – Officers from the Birmingham Police Department’s West Precinct are investigating a homicide that took place around 9:15 a.m. on Friday morning, according to a report by Carol Robinson.
The victim whose name has not yet been released was shot in the backyard of their home in Ensley. The victim is an adult male. Police responded to a call of possible shots being fired earlier in the morning before they discovered the man in the backyard.
