PINSON — A teenager is missing from his home in Pinson. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office are currently searching for Jaylin Marbury, 16, who as been missing since Feb. 19.
Marbury’s aunt, Linda Marbury, said that he had been staying with her sister at the Deerfoot Cove subdivision in Pinson. On Feb. 19, she went to check on him and found him missing from his room. She then notified police.
Linda Marbury said that the family does not know if Jaylin Marbury is in danger or not.
He is described as a black male, standing at six feet, weighing 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. According to the sheriff’s office, he ran away from his home.
