The saga has kept Austin on edge for weeks as the series of bombings killed two people and injured four others.
Police developed a suspect and had been following him. Two of the bombs were shipped from a FedEx facility and company officials had provided law enforcement with a substantial amount of evidence.
Interim Police Chief Brian Manley urged Austin residents and residents of neighboring areas to remain vigilant as police were unsure if other bombs are currently in route or unaccounted for.
