LEEDS — Starting on April 15, the Alabama Department of Transportation will resurface three of the I-20/AL-4 (US 78) ramps at Exit 140 in Leeds. Resurfacing is slated to begin at 8 p.m.

Monday, April 16, from 12:30am to 5 a.m.
The right (outside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane of the I-20 Westbound entrance ramp will be closed for the planing (milling) operation. The left (inside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane, will remain open but narrow to allow traffic to flow freely, please use caution. The grooved pavement will remain in place until April 16 at 8 p.m.
Monday, April 16, from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., April 17
The left (inside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane of the I-20 Westbound entrance ramp will be closed for the resurfacing operation. The right (outside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane, will remain open but narrow to allow traffic to flow freely.
The left (inside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane of the I-20 Eastbound entrance ramp will be closed for the planing (milling) operation. The right (outside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane, will remain open but narrow to allow traffic to flow freely.
Tuesday, April 17, from 12:30 a.m. to 5 a.m.
The right (outside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane of the I-20 Westbound entrance ramp will be closed for the resurfacing operation. The left (inside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane, will remain open but narrow to allow traffic to flow freely, please use caution. The right (outside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane of the Westbound exit ramp will be closed for the resurfacing operation. The left (inside) shoulder and a portion of the ramp travel lane, will remain open but narrow to allow traffic to flow freely.
