Hewitt-Trussville softball has been on a three day tear, leaving victims in their wake as they put nine straight wins in the books.
Beginning Thursday, the Huskies knocked off Huntsville 11-6. On Friday, HTHS ladies posted wins of 7-1 over Northview and 6-5 over Smiths Station.
On Saturday, the Huskies stacked up wins like firewood.
Hewitt-Trussville started Saturday with a 5-4 win over Gardendale. Anyce Harvey led the Huskies with 3 runs batted in.
The Lady Huskies then took down Jeff Davis 8-0 as Molly Cobb and Hannah Borden had 2 runs batted in each.
In a mid-afternoon game, Hewitt whipped Hartselle 7-2. This time Kailey Walters and Tate Moseley each drove in a pair of runs to lead the team.
The next victim was Faith Academy which was dispatched 10-2 by the Huskies. Hannah Borden terrorized Faith, batting in 5 runs in the game.
Vestavia Hills was next in line for a shot at the Huskies, but fell victim 4-1 with Cobb and Borden picking up an RBI each.
Hewitt then blanked Northview 3-0 with Crystal Maze driving in 2 runs.
