TRUSSVILLE — Hewitt Trussville athletics announced Tuesday, May 8, that school physicals will be held on Friday, May 18, at Hewitt-Trussville High School.
Students in grades 7-12 who wish to participate in athletics during the 2018-2019 school year are advised to attend.
This includes current 6th graders that wish to participate in Athletic during 2018-2019 as 7th graders.
All students in grades 7-12 who will participate in Hewitt-Trussville school athletics are required to have a current physical before playing a sport.
This school-wide physical event was created to help all students have an updated physical.
This free event will be held in the Hewitt-Trussville High School gym and will begin at the following time:
- Students who will be in grades 10-12 for the 2018-2019 school year will begin at 12:30pm.
- Students who will be in grades 7-9 for the 2018-2019 school year will begin at 3:15pm. (Middle School students should travel to the High School via parent responsibility.)
Students are asked to bring the physical form on May 18 during the designated time frame with page one completed. Page two is to be left blank.
Forms can be printed here or provided by a coach.
Physicals are good for one year. Students who receive a physical in May will be covered for the entire 2018-2019 school year.
