Trussville All-Stars to compete in PGA junior tournament
TRUSSVILLE— The Trussville All-Star PGA Jr. League team will compete in the Alabama-Northwest Florida Section of the PGA Jr. League Qualifier and Section Championship on Aug. 11 and 12.
They will compete against ten other All-Star teams from Huntsville, Mobile, Alexander City among other cities in Alabama and Northwest Florida for the opportunity to advance to the PGA Jr. League Regional at World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida on September 22 and 23.
The PGA Jr. League brings friends and families together around fun team golf experiences, with coaching and instruction from PGA and LPGA professionals.
The Trussville All-Star Team includes eleven players along with their Captain, Chris Rigdon, golf pro and owner of Trussville Country Club.
