ALDOT to close lanes on I-20 eastbound, westbound in St. Clair County for paving

ST. CLAIR COUNTY — Beginning at 7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 19, weather permitting, the Alabama Department of Transportation will close the left 2 lanes of I-20 westbound for Paving Operations between the Eden exit (Milepost 156) and the Brompton exit (Milepost 147).

This same lane closure will be in place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Monday night, Aug. 20, to Friday morning, Aug. 24.

On the same day, ALDOT will close the left 2 lanes of I-20 eastbound for Pavement Milling Operations between the Brompton exit (Milepost 147) and the Eden exit (Milepost 156).

All travel lanes are expected to reopen at 6 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 20.

This same lane closure will be in place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Monday night, Aug. 20, to Friday morning, Aug. 24.
