ST. CLAIR COUNTY- Jessie Blake Martin, 34, is wanted in St. Clair County on felony warrants charging him with two counts of violating the sex offender registration notification act. The subject is described as a 5-foot-11, and weighing 155 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Martin is a white male.
His last known address was on the 900 block of Dogwood Drive in Pell City.
