WASHINGTON, DC — An 11 to 10 vote, along party lines, on Friday will move the nomination process for Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the full Senate, according to WBRC 6.
The swing vote, Arizona Senator Jeff Flake, assented to the move on the condition that an FBI investigation, into allegations of sexual misconduct, take place before the full confirmation.
Flake said, “I think it would be proper to delay the floor vote for up to and not more to one week.”
