JEFFERSON COUNTY — Kyone Dmias Harris, 18, is wanted in Jefferson County on a felony warrant charging him with failure to appear for robbery first degree. The subject is described as being 5-foot-0, and weighing 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The subject is a black male.
