ST CLAIR COUNTY — Sangie Bagwell, 37, is wanted in St. Clair County on a felony warrant charging her with receiving stolen property in the first degree. The subject is described as being 5-foot-2, and weighing 135 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. The subject is a white female.
