TUSCALOOSA – Sheriff’s in Tuscaloosa are seeking to locate a man accused of stealing a child’s wheelchair and walking aid and selling them for scrap.
Friday morning, October 27, TCSO have been attempting to locate Tony Whitehead, wanted on third degree theft charges and was last seen driving a 1996 green Dodge Caravan. The tag number is 63BS768.
Deputies said the equipment was stolen from the front porch of the child’s home according to AL.com. The TCSO urges anyone with information about Whitehead’s whereabouts to call 205-464-8672.
