THOUSAND OAKS, CAFIFORNIA — A Wednesday night shooting has left thirteen people dead, including the gunman and a sheriff’s deputy, at a California bar, according to CBS.
“There were people in the middle dancing and just hanging out and having a good time.” Said a witness to CBS’s Los Angeles affiliate, when “very, very loud gunshots” rang out inside.”
Various law enforcement agencies responded to the incident. Agencies on scene included the FBI, ATF and members of the National Guard, according to CBS.
Flags across the nation are being flown at half mast.
