CALIFORNIA — Stan Lee, legendary writer and a driving force behind Marvel Comics for decades, has passed away at age 95, according to TMZ.
Lee is best known for his super hero creations such as Spiderman, the Fantastic Four, X-Men, the Incredible Hulk and the Black Panther. In recent years Lee has been equally recognizable for his creative cameos in Marvel Movies.
TMZ is also reporting that Lee has suffered from a number of illnesses over the years and was this morning transported by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he later died.
