BLOUNT COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19, has claimed the life of an Oneonta teen, according to ALEA.
Authorities reported that Brandon Quinn Lindsey, 19, was killed when the 2007 Pontiac G5 he was driving left the roadway on Blount County 20 and overturned.
Lindsey, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene, law enforcement officials said.
A second teenage occupant was injured and transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash occurred four miles east of Oneonta. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
