TUSCALOOSA – A man has been charged after a toddler lost three toes when a television stand landed on him, according to WBRC.
WBRC reported that Kendrick Antwan Woods, 23, was charged with second-degree assault on Dec. 20.
Woods had an argument with his girlfriend on Aug. 5. She asked him to leave, but the man returned and pushed over the TV stand, which ended up chopping the child’s toes off, according to WBRC.
The girlfriend informed police that Woods was aware that the child was standing nearby when he knocked over the TV stand, according to WBRC.
