SHELBY COUNTY — A 29-year-old man was booked into the Shelby County Jail on Friday for 11 charges alleging sex crimes against a child, according to county records.

According to county records, Jonathan Alan Taylor was charged with four counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12, four counts of first-degree rape and three counts of sodomy. Each of these charges is a felony and Taylor’s total bond is $250,000.
Taylor is currently being held in the Shelby County Jail.
