TRUSSVILLE — Full Moon Bar-B-Que celebrated a grand opening in Trussville with a ribbon cutting on Monday.

“We look forward to bringing the Full Moon brand to barbecue lovers in the city of Trussville,” said David Maluff, co-owner of Full Moon Bar-B-Que. “Full Moon Bar-B-Que Owner/Operator and Trussville resident Rich Yokeley has years of industry experience and will be the perfect lead for our Trussville team.”

The newest 4,800-square-foot “Best Little Pork House in Alabama” is located at 5988 Chalkville Mountain Road in Trussville near Office Depot. Full Moon Bar-B-Que Trussville is the 15th location in the state of Alabama. Full Moon Bar-B-Que Trussville will offer a quick service dining experience and will serve a full menu featuring all of the barbecue restaurant fan favorites while also expanding catering offerings to the area.
