BIRMINGHAM – The man charged with the Thanksgiving shooting at the Riverchase Galleria in Hoover was sent back to jail on Friday.
WIAT reported that Erron Brown was given five days in jail for contempt of court. The contempt charge was due to Brown having misled the court about his pistol permit being in his possession at the time of the incident.
