CLAY — The Clay-Chalkville High School Theatre would like to invite you to go back under the sea for a special production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.
The Little Mermaid is the classic tale of a mermaid princess who, after falling in love with a human prince, has to find a way to make it work.
The cast includes Judah Walton (football player and member of the FBLA) as Prince Eric; Laura Fecanin (in the color guard/band) as Ariel; Jordan Allen (Board-cast) as Flounder; Gedon Kimble (fine arts student) as Grimsby.
The students have been working on the play since their return from Christmas break.
“We are very excited and ready to show the city (all) of our hard work with the guidance of theatre director Valerie Lemmons,” said Maques McKinney of the Clay-Chalkville Theatre Group.
The play will be performed at the Clay-Chalkville High School auditorium on March 14, March 15 and March 16 at 7 p.m., and on March 17 at 4 p.m. Tickets are five dollars.
