TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Police and Fire departments are looking for sponsors for each inning of the second annual Public Safety Softball Tournament.
This year’s proceeds will go to benefit the Team Jerry Foundation to help support Trussville resident and Tarrant firefighter Lt. Jerry Presley. Presley was hurt in January while fighting a fire. He is in a rehab facility in Atlanta.
Each inning can be sponsored for $250.
The tournament will be May 18 at 10 a.m. The public is invited to come out and enjoy the tournament with a $1 donation.
