The Springville Tigers bested Lincoln 4-0 at Saturday’s varsity softball game.
Abbey Swaney shut out Lincoln and pitched the Tigers to the win. She gave up zero runs, one hit, one walk and struck out 11 over the course of five innings.
The offense was strong with the Indians and Karli Davidson put things in motion with a double on the 1-0 count that scored two runs.
The Tigers boasted nine hits for the game with Swaney, McKenzie Brown and Sandlin Short getting multiple hits.
Lincoln committed zero errors in the game.
Springville committed zero errors in the game.
