The contest between Springville softball and Center Point turned into a route on Tuesday, April 30.
In less than three full innings of play, the Tigers defeated the Indians by a score of 16-0.
Springville put up seven runs in the first inning, followed by nine runs in the second inning.
The Indians had a total of seven hits in the game and zero errors. Center Point had zero hits in the game and one error.
This was the first round of the AHSAA 5A Area 10 Tournament. Springville will be playing in the next round at 7 p.m.
