SHELBY COUNTY — Authorities are searching for a work release inmate who escaped from a detail in Shelby County.
The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) said that inmate Jerry Randolph Anthony left his job assignment at approximately 12:45 p.m., May 9.
Anthony was assigned to a work detail in Shelby County, according to ADOC.
Anthony is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing state whites.
Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Anthony should notify their local law enforcement agency or the Alabama Department of Corrections at 1-800-831-8825.
