TRUSSVILLE — Trussville Fire and Rescue responded to a house fire on Saturday, May 11, 2019.
Fire Chief Tim Shotts said lightning caused the fire at the home on Peppertree Highlands Circle. Firefighters quickly put out the flames in a short amount of time and saved the house.
Shotts said at least one person was at the home at the time and there were no reports of injuries.
