BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department announced the arrest of a man in connection to the death of his brother.
Don Mobley, 51, of Birmingham, is charged with murder.
The victim, 48-year-old Melvin Mobley, was found dead on Saturday, June 8, 2019.

Police were called to the scene at 4405 46th Street North at 12:33 a.m. Detectives found the victim in a bedroom of the home. The Jefferson County Coroner arrived and pronounced him dead.
Don Mobley is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
