From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
LAS VEGAS — O.J. Simpson has posted a video on Twitter, announcing his official Twitter account.
Simpson said he is learning how to use the social media platform and said he is ready to fight back against rumors spread about him.
“For years, people have been able to say whatever they wanted to say about me, with no accountability,” said Simpson. “But now I get to challenge a lot of that b.s. and set the record straight.”
Simpson said he will also weigh in on sports, politics and just about everything. He already has over 500,000 followers but is only following eight other accounts including the NFL, the PGA Tournament, and Las Vegas personal injury attorney Malcolm LaVergne. LaVergne has served as Simpson’s attorney in some cases.
Simpson has posted twice on the page, which is @TheRealOJ32. It has not been verified by Twitter, but the videos of Simpson are legitimate.
