CULLMAN COUNTY — One person was killed and four others were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Thursday in Cullman County, according to Trooper Curtis Summerville.
William Ezekiel Lee, 19, of Hartselle, was killed when the 1999 Ford Mustang he was driving struck a 2011 Scion. Lee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Scion and two passengers, along with the driver of a third vehicle that was involved in the crash, a 2016 Ford F-150, were all transported to an area hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The crash occurred at 6:40 a.m. on Alabama 278 at the 67 mile marker, one mile east of Jones Chapel.
ALEA Troopers continue to investigate the crash, and no further information is available.
