Walker County deputy involved in crash with ATV driven by 14-year-old

JASPER — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating a two-vehicle crash involving a deputy vehicle and an ATV.
A Walker County Deputy vehicle and the ATV (four-wheeler) collided at the intersection of Old Tuscaloosa Road and Highway 69 south in Jasper. The accident happened at 10:51 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 2.
The 14-year-old driver of the ATV was taken to Children’s Hospital for treatment and the deputy was taken to Walker Baptist Medical Center.
