SHELBY COUNTY — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is asking for information on an armed robbery that happened at a convenience store on Highway 280.
Investigators said the robbery happened on Monday, Aug. 19 between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. The robber came into the store with his face covered with clothing and a hat. The robber, who is assumed to be a man, pointed a gun at the clerk. The man left in a vehicle described as a maroon or burgundy Jeep.
Detectives provided still images taken from surveillance video inside the store and from the parking lot of the store.
