TRUSSVILLE POLICE: Man steals $338 worth of groceries from Fresh Value Marketplace

TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Police Department issued a crime alert on its Facebook page after a theft at Fresh Value Marketplace.

Surveillance images show a man with around $338 worth of items in a shopping cart. Detective Ben Short said the items were assorted grocery items. The items were recovered, but the man left the scene before police arrived.
