TRUSSVILLE — The sleet and snow flurries in Trussville early Tuesday morning are not expected to result in any accumulation, but the temperature will remain in the 30s throughout the day. A hard freeze in the 20s is expected overnight on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in Birmingham.

A 20% chance of snow before 7 a.m. Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 35. Breezy, with a north wind 20 to 25 mph. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Clear, with a low around 21. North wind 10 to 15 mph decreasing to 5 to 10 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
