TRUSSVILLE — Hewitt-Trussville senior Malachi Moore will be recognized on Nov. 25 as the 2020 All-American Bowl Road to the Dome tour finds its way to Trussville to present his honorary All-American jersey.
The ceremony is set for Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, at 1:45 p.m., within the Hewitt-Trussville auditorium.
The All-American Bowl Road to the Dome tour spans nine weeks and will travel to all 100 high school All-Americans to present the athletes with their honorary Adidas All-American jerseys within their own communities.
Only 100 high school football players will play in the annual East vs. West matchup, which will be played in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, on Jan. 4, 2020.
Moore, an Alabama commit, finished his senior season with 83 total tackles, four interceptions and eight passes deflected. In his four seasons at Hewitt-Trussville, Moore has recorded 156 total tackles, five interceptions, one fumble recovery and 19 passes deflected.
The senior plans on graduating from Hewitt-Trussville in December and enroll at Alabama this coming January.
