BIRMINGHAM — A body was discovered in a ditch on Bankhead Highway on Wednesday morning.
An investigation is now underway after the body was discovered just around 10 a.m. in a ditch near the Pilot Travel Center that is just north of Birmingham-Southern College.
No other information has been provided. Nor is it known if authorities suspect foul play.
