PARRISH, Ala. — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued a Missing Child Alert on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019.
Prince Byron Windham, 2, was last seen wearing a gray and black jogging suit with a blue, long-sleeved shirt and a green beanie. The Parrish Police Department said he was last seen at his home.
He is 2 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs around 29 pounds.
